My Review of a Replacement Window Company in Cleveland
I had an intriguing experience shopping for replacement windows. My wife and I live in Cleveland, Ohio and our home is getting old. Part of an old home is old windows and we felt it was about time to start shopping around for new windows. Well, let me tell you about our shopping experience. Hopefully you can gain from our mistakes.

So, we started out by looking looking on Angies list for reputable window companies with good testimonials. We found fairly a few of the well known brand name companies which was good, except for one thing. Even though most of the companies appeared professional and has knowledgeable sales people, we just felt something wasn't right. Well, the main thing with all these companies is that they wanted our money or at least a portion of it before they would install the windows.

This was really frustrating due to the fact that we have friends who have lost a lot money with horrible specialists. The specialists took our friends money and left town. I'm sure you've heard of this happening. Well, we searched and searched until finally we stumbled upon a window company named Zen Windows. Well, this was the best find ever.

We talked with Dan who is the owner. After talking with him for about 10 minutes we asked what percentage of money he needed before installing our windows. Well, we were so shocked when he said we didn't have to pay anything until after the windows were installed. No down payment! This is unprecedented, especially with home window companies.

With other companies you have to have a credit history check and apply for financing and then you have a certain amount of time to pay the balance in full. With Zen Windows in Cleveland, there was no credit history check and our windows were installed to our satisfaction. Once the work was done, we paid. We were really pleased with how pleasant the whole experience was. I never felt pressured and Dan didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford or didn't need.
